Happy New Year – here we are again at the start of a brand new year. How quickly did 2018 go? I’ve just had a read back on my post from last year. We had a really busy year with four mini-breaks to London, Lauren went to Italy with her school skiing, a family holiday to Spain, which included a great day at PortAventura Caribe Water Park,  lots of lovely day trips to Chessington World of Adventures for Caiden’s Birthday, Legoland, Paultons Park, two days onboard two cruise ships, the beautiful Royal Princess and the stunning MSC Meraviglia, lots of trips to the beach, school sports day, Christmas plays, sixth form open evenings, GCSE Mock exams …. it was busy. 2019 will see Lauren turn 16! and she will sit her GSCE’s and FINISH school ….. can’t believe it! I’m not calling them resolutions as such, i’m seeing them as goals I would like to work towards and hopefully by the end of the year I will have completed/achieved them. I also have a few little ‘projects’ I would like to complete this year too. The first one being a little mini savings idea. I have purchased myself a Money Saving Tin and I intend on putting at least £1 a day in for the next 365 days. That way by the end of the year I should have a minimum of £365 to put towards a little treat or even towards the cost of next years Christmas…
